PALM SPRINGS, CA – The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians have announced two new Agua Caliente Fuel locations projected to open in mid 2026. The new locations are planned for the tribe’s property at the northeast corner of East Palm Canyon and Monty Hall Drive in Cathedral City and at the northeast corner at Lawrence Crossley Road and Dinah Shore Drive in Palm Springs.
The proposed Agua Caliente Fuel development in Cathedral City includes 24 fueling positions, six fueling lanes with extended queuing, and a 1,000 sq. ft. attendant building.
The proposed Agua Caliente Fuel development in Palm Springs sits on approximately 3.6 acres and includes a 9,500 sq. ft. convenience store with approximately 2,900 sq. ft. of gaming space featuring approximately 90 gaming machines, plus a 625 sq. ft. fuel attendant building just steps from 24 fueling positions, and 12 level 3 EV charging stations with solar canopies over each space.
“We are pleased to offer convenient Agua Caliente Fuel locations in Cathedral City and Palm Springs, in addition to our existing location in Rancho Mirage” said Tribal Chairman Reid D. Milanovich. “The construction of the new locations drives job growth and boosts our local construction economy.”
The tribe’s existing Agua Caliente Fuel is located at 32-279 Bob Hope Drive in Rancho Mirage across from the Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage. The existing Agua Caliente Fuel location offers 24 fueling positions and six EV charging stations, plus a convenience store featuring a walk-up and drive-thru, Java Caliente, a beer cave, a full-service market, and 750 sq. ft. of gaming space with 43 gaming machines.
