MADERA, CA – North Fork Mono Casino has announced its dining lineup, which will include restaurants, bars and casual dining concepts ranging from Manzanita Steakhouse and Clubhouse 99 to a six-concept Food Hall.
Located near the gaming floor, the Food Hall will feature Cafe Asia, Chick Republic, Smash Stack Burger, Pizza Fiore, Kopiah and Fuego Mexican Kitchen.
Cafe Asia will offer Asian-inspired dishes including pho, bánh mì, brunch items, Vietnamese phin drip coffee, boba and fruit teas. Chick Republic will focus on chicken tenders, wings and sandwiches, including Korean-inspired options, along with milkshakes and pastries. Smash Stack Burger will serve smash burgers, fries, shakes and soft-serve ice cream.
Pizza Fiore will feature Neapolitan- and Sicilian-style pizzas, including jalapeño hot honey and taco-inspired varieties, as well as pastas, salads and desserts. Kopiah will serve small-batch roasted coffees from around the world, baked goods, juices, breakfast items and snacks.
Fuego Mexican Kitchen, a family-owned Fresno restaurant established in 2024, will open its second location at North Fork Mono Casino. Its casino location will feature menu items including Prime Ribeye Tacos and Surf N’ Turf Tacos.
“My dad always lived by the saying, ‘Barriga llena, corazón contento’ – a full belly makes for a happy heart,” said Javier Ramirez, of Fuego Mexican Kitchen. “That philosophy is in everything we cook. Our family roots are in Michoacán, but our passion spans all of Mexico. We are thrilled to welcome North Fork Mono Casino guests to our table for an authentic, unforgettable meal.”
Beyond the Food Hall, Clubhouse 99 will feature 56 large-screen TVs and more than 20 local and imported beers on tap, along with a menu of casual dining options.
Manzanita Steakhouse will serve as the property’s flagship restaurant, with a menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, steaks, seafood and other specialties. Additional details about the restaurant are expected to be announced at a later date.
