LEGGETT, TX – The Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas has officially opened Naskila Casino Leggett, expanding the Naskila Casino presence in East Texas. The Tribe and Naskila Casino marked the opening with a ceremonial blessing attended by Tribal Council members and casino leadership.

“Naskila Casino Leggett is the beginning of new beginnings for the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas,” said Ricky Sylestine, Tribal Council Chairman.

The opening marks another step in the tribe’s long-term economic development plans in East Texas. The new facility has created more than 100 full-time jobs and will serve as the foundation for a larger resort development planned for the site.

Naskila Casino Leggett features more than 300 electronic bingo machines, with dedicated smoking and non-smoking gaming areas. The property also includes the Seven Feathers Players Club and Kano Grill, a 24-hour dining venue.

The facility is located on the future site of Naskila Casino Resort, which is expected to open in phases beginning in late 2028. The planned resort represents the next stage of the Tribe’s development at the Leggett property, while Naskila Casino Livingston, the original Naskila Casino location, will remain open.
