FUNNER, CA – Harrah’s Resort Southern California has appointed Ryan Adams to VP of Resort Operations. Previously the resort’s Director of Food & Beverage, Adams will now oversee hotel operations, culinary, retail, spa and guest experience initiatives, driving service excellence and operational growth across the property.

Adams officially joined the resort in 2023, serving as Director of Restaurant Operations before advancing to Director of Food & Beverage. During his tenure, he has championed the strengthening of collaboration across departments while fostering a culture centered on service, accountability and continuous improvement. Guided by a people-first philosophy, Adams believes that empowering and valuing team members is the foundation of unforgettable guest experiences. Before his time at Harrah’s Resort SoCal, his leadership career spanned premier Southern California entertainment and gaming destinations, including Disneyland as Senior Stage Manager, Soboba Casino Resort as Multi-Unit Operations Manager and Pechanga Resort Casino as Director of Beverage.
