MARKSVILLE, LA – Paragon Casino Resort has earned eight honors in the 2026 Best of Baton Rouge Awards, as voted on by the community. Hosted annually by The Advocate and presented by the East Baton Rouge Parish Library, the Best of Baton Rouge Awards recognize leading destinations across Louisiana’s Capital Region based on community voting.
Paragon earned Silver in Best Casino Slots, Best Casino Table Games and Best Campground/RV Park, showcasing standout performance across its gaming floor and RV resort. The casino resort also picked up Bronze in Best Hotel, Best Casino, Best Casino Entertainment, Best Casino Players Club and Best Casino Restaurant.

Paragon Casino Resort’s RV park received Silver in the Best of Baton Rouge 2026 Awards, recognizing it among the region’s RV destinations. The full-service RV resort also maintains a consistent 10-point rating from Good Sam, one of the largest RV communities in the country, reflecting strong guest satisfaction and service quality.
Paragon’s dining was also recognized, with Legends Steakhouse earning Best Casino Restaurant. The signature restaurant features a selection of premium steaks, fresh seafood and an extensive wine list designed to complement its upscale dining experience.
Paragon also earned Silver in Best Casino Slots and Best Casino Table Games, part of a broader pattern of continued recognition across its gaming categories. Since 2024, Paragon Casino Resort has earned more than 90 recognitions and “Best of” awards across regional and national competitions, spanning gaming, hospitality, guest service and resort amenities.
