The Oklahoma Tribal Gaming Regulators Association (OTGRA) is a non-profit, voluntary association comprised of tribal gaming regulatory enterprises, representing federally recognized tribal governments involved in Oklahoma gaming. The OTGRA was established to enable Indian gaming regulators to network within the State of Oklahoma on all issues pertaining to the ever changing federal, state and tribal gaming regulations.
