THACKERVILLE, OK – WinStar World Casino and Resort recently unveiled its highly anticipated renovated golf course, the Redbud Course, to the public.
Originally designed by golf course architect D.A. Weibring and Wolfard Golf Design, Redbud was meticulously renovated in 2026. The enhanced course features laser-leveled tee boxes, resilient Tahoma 31 fairways, well-defined Tifton 10 roughs, and consistently smooth TifEagle greens.
The course was thoughtfully crafted to accommodate a range of playing styles, providing a balanced mix of playability and challenge for golfers of all skill levels with playable yards ranging from 4,900 to over 7,100. The addition of strategically placed bunkers adds more complexity to the course, while new Oklahoma native foliage brings out the natural beauty of the Red River Valley.

WinStar Golf Club’s other championship course, the Scissortail Course, will open later this summer.
