LAS VEGAS, NV – Bergman Walls & Associates (BWA) has promoted architect Skyler Allen, AIA, to Managing Partner and SVP. The announcement was made by George Bergman, AIA, BWA CEO and President.
In his new position, working primarily from BWA’s Washington office, Allen will take on a broader role in firm leadership and strategic growth, while continuing to advance BWA’s commitment to design innovation and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

A licensed architect, Allen is recognized for his holistic, human-centered approach to design, and belief that the built environment should foster meaningful and transformative experiences for its users. With experience across a diverse portfolio, his work reflects a balance of vision, creativity, precision, and adherence to high standards, while adapting thoughtfully to each project’s unique challenges and opportunities. Since joining BWA in 2012, Allen has been a key contributor to many of the firm’s projects, including Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel Expansion, Catch at ARIA Resort & Casino, the Elwha River Casino Expansion, Swinomish Casino & Lodge Expansion, The LINQ Guest Room Remodel, Yakama Legends Casino & Hotel expansion, and multiple food and entertainment venues for Caesars Palace.
