WORLEY, ID – Nautice Pham has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel, a promotion that comes as he nears his 10th anniversary working with the award-winning property.
“When I came to the United States as a political refugee, I spoke very little English and had no idea where my career would eventually take me,” said Pham, who came to the country from Vietnam. “I certainly could not have imagined that decades later I would be serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the Coeur d’Alene Casino.”
Pham began his professional career at Moss Adams, now Baker Tilly, where he gained experience in audits and taxes while working with a diverse range of clients. Among those clients were tribal governments and casinos. One of those relationships would ultimately come full circle years later when he joined the Coeur d’Alene Casino as its Financial Controller.
“I owe much of my career to the mentors who have guided and encouraged me along the way, beginning with teachers who believed in me when I was still learning English and continuing today with the exceptional team around me,” said Pham. “Their support has shaped who I am as a professional and continues to inspire how I lead and serve. I look forward to making this next chapter of my professional journey the most impactful yet, and to contributing to the continued success and prosperity of the Coeur d’Alene Casino and Tribe.”
“Nautice has excelled throughout his time with us, and we expect more great things from him going forward,” said Laura Penney, Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel CEO. “He has earned the position and will do wonderfully in it as he helps us be the best we can be.”
