FLAGSTAFF, AZ – Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort recently hosted a Route 66 Car Show in celebration of the highway’s 100th anniversary. The event featured classic and modern vehicles, with 36 officially registered for the competition. Attendees viewed the vehicles, participated in voting and helped generate donations for the Boys & Girls Club.

Patricia Martinez took first place with a 1970 Dodge Challenger, followed by Robert Manygoats in second place with a 1972 Chevy C-10 and Charles and Sharon Benham in third with a 1929 Ford Pickup. Bob Hiser earned Best of Show for his 1955 Chevy Bel Air.
The car show is one of several events and promotions planned at Twin Arrows throughout 2026 in recognition of the Route 66 Centennial. Located along Route 66 east of Flagstaff, the resort will continue marking the centennial with additional events and promotions throughout the year.
