LINCOLN, CA – Thunder Valley Casino Resort has reopened Fatburger following a renovation. The redesigned restaurant now includes a larger footprint, an updated interior, and a self-order kiosk. The Thunder Valley location is one of the highest-performing Fatburger franchises in the country.
A longtime guest favorite, Fatburger serves its signature burgers, crispy fries, hand-scooped milkshakes and other classic menu favorites. The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. and operates 24 hours a day on Fridays and Saturdays.

Within the Fatburger North America system, Thunder Valley ranks as the No. 2 highest grossing location among 159 active restaurants based on year-to-date sales. It is the highest performing Fatburger location in California and ranks in the top 2% of all Fatburger restaurants nationwide.
The reopening restores one of Thunder Valley’s dining venues, part of a lineup that ranges from casual restaurants to fine dining.
