Choctaw Casino Durant Donates $10K to Collin College Foundation

DURANT, OK – Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant made a $10,000 donation to Collin College Foundation as part of its “3 Months. 3 Millionaires” promotion. The donation was made on behalf of its July winner, Melissa, from Prosper, TX, who came to Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant for a family outing to celebrate her son’s birthday and for a chance to win the million dollars.

“When considering where to make this contribution, supporting the foundation was an easy decision,” said Melissa, Collin College associate and donor. “This truly represents a unique opportunity where I know first-hand the positive impact the foundation has on our students and college community. I’m honored to have Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant contribute to their continued success.”

Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant wrapped up its “3 Months. 3 Millionaires” promotion by donating $30,000 to charities chosen by its million-dollar winners. The recipients included Richardson Heights Elementary, Richardson West Junior High School, Never Too Young To Care (N2Y2C), and the Collin College Foundation.
