CABAZON, CA – Cielo, the AAA Four-Diamond restaurant at the 27-story Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, has received national recognition for its wine selection and food pairings. The restaurant was honored for the quality of its wine list and its thematic pairings with gourmet dishes.
For the tenth year, the critically acclaimed Cielo has been recognized with a 2025 Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator, a leading wine guide. The national honor recognizes restaurants offering excellent wine lists and menu selections that pair outstanding wines with distinctive fare.

Cielo offers a carefully selected wine list that features boutique vintners from Napa Valley to the Pacific coasts of North and South America and Australia. Notable vintners on the list include Jordan, Freemark Abbey, Opus One, Silver Oak, and Caymus.
