WORLEY, ID – Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel has announced its newest eatery, El Coyote Cantina, the eighth food venue at the property.
When selecting their meal, guests first choose a protein from pork carnitas, beef birria, chicken verde, or sofrito fundito (vegetarian). ‘Build-your-own’ choices include black or pinto beans, cilantro lime or Spanish rice, rojo sauce, cheese blend, pico de gallo, salsa maria, salsa verde, citrus elote, esabeche, or Coyote Street Mix (jalapeño, green pepper, onion and cilantro).
Located in the food court in the center of the casino between the Spa and Mountain wings of the hotel, El Coyote Cantina hours are Friday and Saturday from noon to midnight and Sunday from noon to 8:00pm.

Other eateries and restaurants at the casino resort include Chinook Steak, Seafood & Pasta; Red Tail Bar & Grill; Huckleberry Deli; Little Dragon; Arrowhead Pizza; Twisted Earth Grill; and Jackpot Java.
