Turning Stone Opens Reservations for The Crescent Hotel

VERONA, N.Y. — Reservations are now available for The Crescent Hotel, the newest hotel at Turning Stone Resort Casino. Guests may book accommodations ahead of the opening of The Crescent Hotel and Salt: Seafood & Raw Bar, both scheduled to open June 29, 2026. The Crescent Hotel and Salt: Seafood & Raw Bar, along with The Grand Expo, which is expected to open on Labor Day 2026, are part of the $370 million Turning Stone Evolution development.

Once completed, the expansion is expected to position Turning Stone Resort Casino as New York’s largest meetings and conventions resort.

The Crescent Hotel is the resort’s fourth hotel on the main property and includes 258 guest rooms and suites, a dedicated entrance and check-in area, and indoor connections to The Grand Expo, restaurants, the Event Center, the Showroom, and the gaming floor.

The hotel will also house Salt: Seafood & Raw Bar, a full-service restaurant located on the seventh floor. The venue will include a raw bar, floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the surrounding landscape, heated terraces intended for seasonal outdoor dining, and private dining rooms for group events.

“For more than 30 years, we’ve built a reputation of dreaming big and then bringing those dreams to life,” said Ray Halbritter, Oneida Indian Nation Representative and Chief Executive Officer of Turning Stone Enterprises. “When The Crescent opens in June, the vision behind the Turning Stone Evolution comes to life, creating an incredible new experience for our guests and beginning the next chapter for our organization.”

The Grand Expo, scheduled to open Labor Day weekend 2026, will feature approximately 200,000 sq. ft. of meetings and event space, including two ballrooms and an outdoor terrace designed to accommodate up to 2,000 guests. Conferences and events are already scheduled to take place beginning in late summer 2026.

Originally projected for completion in 2027, the Turning Stone Evolution, the largest reinvestment in the resort’s history, also includes a new 1,600-space parking garage and an on-site medical center to serve team members, guests, and the broader community. Through the evolution, 3,500 construction and related jobs have been created for this project. Since the project began, the Oneida Indian Nation has issued more than 90 awards to subcontractors in support of the Turning Stone Evolution, including more than 60 awarded to New York State businesses.
