Along with the deluxe collection of massages and body treatments, The Spa also offers a full-service salon with hair, nail and makeup services as well as a traditional barber.
The Spa at Choctaw offers services and treatments that go above and beyond. All massage treatments provide tension release, stress reduction, and circulation enhancement and also include a consultation to focus on specific areas of need. The Spa’s facials encompass all aspects of innovative skin care and a professional, personalized skin care analysis and customized skin care program are provided with each treatment. Manicure and pedicure treatments are given using sustainable, non-toxic, and humane brands and are complemented with nail shaping and cuticle care.
Spa guests have access to all The Spa amenities, including separate men’s and women’s lounges, whirlpools and steam rooms, a co-ed relaxation lounge with reflection waters and a waterfall mineral bath, and a fitness center. The space boasts nine treatment rooms, including two extravagant couples suites with an ultra whirlpool soaking tub for two and a couple’s rain shower. There is also a spa boutique featuring local area artisans.

Née Spa is a full-service luxury spa located inside Downstream Casino Resort. Née Spa combines Native American themed treatments, such as the Spiritual Healing – introduced in honor of the Quapaw Pow Wow – with traditional spa services for a truly relaxing and transformative getaway.
Upon entering Née Spa’s lobby, guests are surrounded by details that pay homage to the Quapaw Tribe and Native American culture. Every detail, from the invigorating scent of eucalyptus to the serene Native American spa music, to the rolled towels and plush robes, is designed to create an atmosphere to allow guests to fully encompass a true spa getaway. Throughout the entire spa are beautiful photographs of Quapaw tribal members as well as a stunning clay sculpture by Anita Fields and a gorgeous tree-lined hallway. Née Spa’s deep appreciation and respect for the Indigenous cultures of the area is reflected in the spa’s design, décor and treatment offerings to create a truly unique experience for every guest.
Née Spa features separate men’s and women’s areas, which both include locker rooms, hot tub, sauna, steam room, showers and relaxation lounges. The men’s area also includes a cold dunk tub for hydrotherapy practices.
The spa offers three single treatment rooms and two couples treatment rooms and is currently undergoing renovations to create two additional single treatment rooms. The spa menu offers a variety of healing massage treatments, such as Swedish-style massages, deep tissue, cupping, reflexology, warm stone, prenatal and Himalayan salt stone with the option to upgrade any service to a couple’s treatment.
The spa menu also has a variety of facial treatments, lash and brow services, body treatments and spa packages. Each treatment at Née Spa is designed to create a tranquil experience for the guest and indulge the senses, therefore every treatment offered includes aromatherapy.

Emerge provides a wide array of massages and body treatments including aroma therapy Swedish massage, warm stone massage, Himalayan salt stone massage, and eminence seasonal body wrap, among many others. Massages are offered in 45-, 60-, 75-, or 90-minute increments.
Emerge is also known for catering to couples looking to reconnect and unwind with the couples retreat room. Guests can book extra room time (between 45 and 60 minutes) that allows them to spend time in the couples retreat room, post service. During the extra room time, couples can utilize the free-standing tub for a hot salt soak, rinse off in the illuminated rain feature shower and enjoy champagne and hors d’oeuvres that can be provided by request.
Before, during and after spa day services guests have access to Emerge’s private and secure men’s and women’s locker rooms. Locker codes can be set and customized for each guest and Emerge’s showers and makeup counters with lighted mirrors provide the perfect place to refresh before reentering the world.
