FORT McDOWELL, AZ – Ember, We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort’s fine dining steakhouse, has recieved OpenTable’s 2023 Diners’ Choice Award.

Open since October 2020 when the new We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort was unveiled, Ember has carved a niche for itself in the local fine dining space. The restaurant has received an exceptional 4.9 stars out of 588 reviews on the OpenTable platform. Popular with repeat diners from the Valley as well as hotel guests and out-of-town visitors, Ember specializes in Japanese Wagyu and USDA Prime beef prepared on a wood-burning grill, and features a menu that reflects recent food trends and Chef Pelz’s culinary inspirations. The restaurant has also received Wine Spectator’s coveted “Best of Award of Excellence” for both years since it opened.
