As the year continues, Ute Mountain Casino Hotel will be opening a new snack bar in May this month, serve as partner for the annual Ute Mountain Rodeo Roundup in June, host a July 3rd celebration with a fireworks display and live entertainment, and stage its signature Pow Wow in August.
