LINCOLN, CA – Thunder Valley Casino Resort has received the AAA Four Diamond ‘Inspectors Best of Housekeeping’ status for outstanding cleanliness standards throughout the property and Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Award for consistently demonstrating a commitment to hospitality excellence.
Rigorous standards for cleanliness are a foundation of the AAA Diamond Program. Thunder Valley has received the AAA Four Diamond rating for 12 consecutive years since 2011. To achieve a Four Diamond rating, an establishment must offer an extensive array of upscale amenities combined with a high degree of hospitality, service, and attention to detail.
Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Award recognizes businesses that earn consistently great reviews. Travelers’ Choice award-winners are among the top 10 percent of listings on Tripadvisor. The award was introduced two years ago, and Thunder Valley has received it each year since.

“All of our team members at Thunder Valley are committed to providing each guest with the most pleasant experience possible,” said Joel Moore, Vice President of Hotel Operations of Thunder Valley Casino Resort. “This includes over 30 employees with developmental disabilities who fulfill instrumental positions in our 6,000 sq. ft. in-house laundry facility and housekeeping department. In 2019, we partnered with PRIDE Industries’ staffing services, and these dedicated and reliable individuals handle over 10,000 pounds of laundry per day.”
