ARLINGTON, WA – Angel of the Winds Casino Resort recently announced that Stephen Heise and Allen Kreger have been appointed as Chief People Officer and Chief Technology Officer, respectively.
Heise brings over 16 years of human resource management experience and 20 years of experience at the VP level to Angel of The Winds Casino Resort, most recently from the Desert Diamond Casino in Phoenix, AZ. Before transitioning to the gaming industry, Heise honed his abilities in hospitality. As a business manager for Walt Disney World Resort, 10 of his 45 cast members won the highly sought-after “Partners in Excellence” award for great service – an accolade reserved for only the top 2 percent of cast members enrolled in the program.
Kreger has over 20 years of information technology experience, and his wide-ranging career includes positions at Oversee.Net, Caremark RX (now CVS), and the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in Highland, CA. While working in Highland, Allen oversaw a major IT infrastructure overhaul to their gaming space, tribal government, fire department, schools, and other institutions within the community. His work helped bring about the implementation of wireless technology and significant gaming-floor improvements.
