BUFFALO, NY – Three of Seneca Resorts & Casinos’ leading executives were recently recognized among some of the most influential business leaders in Western New York.
Kevin Nephew, President & CEO; Kimberlee Dunlop, Chief Operating Officer; and Joanne Israel, Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino General Manager were all named to the 2025 “Power 100 Business Leaders of Color” list by Buffalo Business First, one of the region’s business news publications. All three are enrolled members of the Seneca Nation.
Chosen by Buffalo Business First editors and reporters, the annual “Power 100 Business Leaders of Color” list recognizes men and women, from CEOs to educators to healthcare leaders who are using their power and influence to improve Western New York and boost the regional economy.
“We are exceptionally proud of the important role our three Seneca Resorts & Casinos properties play in the Western New York economy, as a leading employer, a destination of choice for millions of guests, and as an economic engine,” said Allie R. George, Chairman of the Seneca Gaming Corporation Board of Directors. “The leadership and dedication of team members like Kevin, Kim and Joanne, and all of our 3,000 team members, make our success possible. They deserve this recognition.”
Nephew joined the company in 2014 and was named President & CEO in 2020, becoming the first member of the Seneca Nation to lead the company. Dunlop served as Counsel to the company’s Board of Directors for the last five years before being named Chief Operating Officer earlier this year.
