TULSA, OK – Osage LLC has appointed Shanese Slaton as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Slaton brings more than a decade of experience in operations, project management, and community relations to the role, where she will oversee enterprise-wide operations across Osage LLC’s diverse portfolio of businesses.

As COO, Slaton will lead organizational planning, standardize processes, cultivate leadership across business units, and drive initiatives that advance economic opportunity and tribal sovereignty.

Most recently, Slaton served as Director of Place & Infrastructure at Tulsa Innovation Labs, where she led transformative projects to strengthen Tulsa’s innovation economy. She managed strategic initiatives supported by the Economic Development Administration’s Build Back Better Regional Challenge (BBBRC) and Tech Hub grants, including the Skyway Master Plan, which advances Osage LLC’s vision for leadership in the uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) industry.
Slaton also served as State Manager for Community Relations at ONE Gas (Oklahoma Natural Gas), building statewide partnerships with elected officials, community organizations, and industry leaders. Her career also includes serving as a project manager and owner’s representative for organizations including MidAmerica Industrial Park, 36 Degrees North and Mother Road Market.
