AUBURN, WA – Muckleshoot Casino Resort has appointed Mary Jewett as Director of Marketing & Player Development, bringing more than 34 years of experience in the tribal gaming industry to the casino resort.
Jewett’s distinguished career spans multiple regions across the Midwest and the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon and Washington, where she developed a deep and well-rounded understanding of casino operations, guest experience, and strategic marketing. She began her journey in the gaming industry as a table games dealer, gaining first-hand knowledge of casino operations and the guest experience that would later shape her leadership style.
During the first 15 years of her career, Jewett focused on gaming and hotel operations, developing expertise in delivering exceptional guest service and managing complex operational environments. That foundation gave her a comprehensive understanding of how to create memorable experiences for guests while ensuring efficient and high-performing operations.
In the latter half of her career, Jewett transitioned into casino marketing and player development, where she implemented strategies designed to attract, engage, and retain loyal players. Known for her ability to build meaningful relationships with guests and team members alike, Jewett has built a reputation for creating impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen player loyalty and elevate the overall guest experience.
