Light & Wonder Expands Agreement With Twenty-Nine Palms

Tortoise Rock Casino

LAS VEGAS, NV – Light & Wonder is expanding its relationship and contract with the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians by integrating its new loyalty and customer engagement platform into its casino properties including Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino located in California. The loyalty solution will interface and bridge the data across Twenty-Nine Palms’ current ACSC™ Casino Management System (CMS) – created by Light & Wonder – as well as its kiosk, point of sale (POS) system, and entertainment showroom.

“We’ve already experienced first-hand the incredible value and power of Light & Wonder’s ACSC Casino Management System as it has allowed us to enhance our operations while delivering a higher level of service to our customers,” said Steve Libauskas, Vice President of Information Technology, The Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians. “As we expand our contract with Light & Wonder, we are thrilled about the integration of their new platform into our existing systems, including ACSC, and are confident that this will further allow us to drive engagement, player satisfaction and ultimately business.”

The following features from Light & Wonder are now live from Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino:

  • CORE – Provides tools necessary to configure and manage an enterprise loyalty program and can define characteristics such as customer tiers, a variety of loyalty currencies that can be earned or gifted, and the operations that participate in the program.
  • Offers and Promotions – Allows retail offers to be setup within Light & Wonder’s system and electronically redeemed by integration into InfoGenesis. Showroom and other events can be setup through the inventory booking and check-in module. It also allows for individual and cross-property drawings to be configured for guests to participate in.
  • Publisher & Journey Builder – Powers the ability to dynamically distribute events to external systems or interfaces based on configurable transaction types and is used to communicate with customers via email or text messages. It also manages the configuration process for Publisher-subscribed events, such as tier advancement, point expiration, offers, event/showroom reminders, and many more. Configuration settings include, but are not limited to, communication channels, delivery date/time, distribution frequency, and geography.

“We value the long-time relationship and trust that we have cultivated with the casino properties of the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians,” said Jon Wolfe, President of Global Systems & Services, Light & Wonder. “Our new platform offers a tremendous suite of capabilities and best-in-class technologies that will enable Twenty-Nine Palms casinos to deliver a consistent and frictionless player experience.”
