Jerrett Davis Appointed Executive Chef at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento

WHEATLAND, CA – Jerrett Davis has been appointed Executive Chef at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain. Davis will oversee all culinary operations for eight dining venues including the award-winning Council Oak Steaks & Seafood; signature Hard Rock Café; Fresh Market Buffet; YouYu Asian Bistro; and Constant Grind.

Raised in southern Central California just North of the Santa Ynez wine country, Davis moved to Sacramento in high school and then enlisted in the Marines where he spent four years traveling to 20 countries. Throughout his career, Davis has had the opportunity to work in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and San Francisco prior to working at Hard Rock Sacramento in Wheatland. He also worked for the Maloof family for ten years as their personal chef, cooking for celebrities, sports stars, and dignitaries.
