INDIO, CA – The Cabazon Band of Cahuilla Indians announced that Jay Chesterton has been named Interim General Manager of Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, taking over for outgoing GM, Paul Ryan. Chesterton has been part of the Fantasy Springs organization for 18 years, initially joining as VP of Hotel and Food & Beverage.
Chesterton began his career at Resorts Casino in Atlantic City in 1988 and climbed the ranks within the food and beverage department. In 2000, he concluded his tenure at Resorts Casino as the VP of Food & Beverage. From there, Chesterton held the same title at Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City until 2006.
