NIAGARA FALLS, NY – Seneca Resorts & Casinos has named a longtime advisor and in-house attorney to the company’s top legal role.
James Domzalski was named Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. He will oversee and direct all legal, risk management, and regulatory compliance activities of the company and its subsidiaries. As a member of the senior management team, Domzalski will serve as a strategic partner in advancing the company’s operational priorities, ensuring that legal and regulatory frameworks are aligned with the company’s long-term business goals and mission.

Domzalski joined Seneca Resorts & Casinos in 2006 and previously served as Deputy General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel. Throughout his career with the company, he has provided steady leadership and guidance to senior management and the Board of Directors on complex transactions and projects and intricate governance and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining Seneca Resorts & Casinos, Domzalski practiced in the Washington, D.C., office of Akin Gump, where he specialized in corporate, securities, and transactional matters, and with Gardner, Carton & Douglas in Albany, NY.
