“At ilani, we strive to create an unmatched destination where world-class gaming, exceptional dining, and memorable entertainment come together,” said Kara Fox-LaRose, President and General Manager of ilani. “Our new High Limit areas provide curated gaming experiences with comfort for our distinguished guests with architectural features that beautifully complement our existing facility. We are also excited about upcoming developments, including reimagined dining venues and interactive gaming options. We are proud to serve the Pacific Northwest, and we remain dedicated to innovation, operational excellence, community, and delivering memorable hospitality experiences.”

Located on the gaming floor, the standalone bar provides convenient access for guests. Equipped with 15 bar-top slot machines, guests can enjoy their favorite games without leaving their seats. The bar offers a comfortable space for guests to socialize or unwind, combining relaxation and entertainment in a single location.

ilani’s Longhouse, an ocean-fresh eatery serving the region’s most sought after delectable made-to-order sushi rolls, sashimi and noodle dishes, is building on its successful operations since 2017. Longhouse will relocate to the former Tom’s Urban space in early 2026, gaining a significantly larger footprint including private dining rooms. With the upgraded new space, Longhouse will introduce an elevated dining concept including a wide range of modern and traditional Asian culinary experiences.

Michael Jordan’s Steak House at ilani is preparing to unveil a refreshed look as part of a larger renovation project. The updated space will include redesigned interiors featuring warm tones, teal accents, and contemporary lighting elements. Enhancements to the bar and lounge area will provide additional seating and a more relaxed atmosphere for guests. The expansion will also introduce two new private dining rooms designed for intimate gatherings, as well as an outdoor dining area centered around a fire pit to accommodate group dining and socializing in an open-air setting.

The latest dining developments at ilani follow a recent move by Tom’s Urban to an upgraded 7,509 sq. ft. space adjacent to the ilani Sportsbook, complete with a new identity as Tom’s Watch Bar. The venue, formerly occupied by The Stadium Sports Bar & Grill, boasts the largest LED video wall in the region for a thrilling and immersive sports viewing experience. Tom’s Watch Bar offers a varied food and drink menu designed to complement its continuous sports programming. As Tom’s Urban, the restaurant’s history with ilani extends to June 2017. The transition to the reimagined Tom’s Watch Bar reflects ilani’s continued focus on expanding its entertainment offerings.

ilani is introducing a new stadium-style electronic table game installation from gaming manufacturer Interblock. The setup features 30 individual player terminals – each functioning as a personal gaming pod – where guests can access blackjack, baccarat, craps, and roulette from a single device. Located near the ilani Sportsbook and Tom’s Watch Bar, the installation combines elements of live dealer interaction with the flexibility of multi-game play. The experience is designed with both comfort and engagement in mind and is scheduled to open to the public in mid-August.

In addition, ilani is planning a new space to streamline its promotions and giveaways. Following the opening of the expanded Longhouse, work will begin on the ilani Forever Rewards Center, which will be located in the current Longhouse space. The new area will centralize prize displays and customer service related to rewards programs. The redesign will incorporate natural materials and muted tones to create a welcoming environment. Completion is expected by spring 2026.

“The design of the expanded spaces draws inspiration from the visionary work of Marnell Architecture, whose expertise and creativity have been instrumental in shaping ilani’s new era of enhancing our sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere,” said Fox-LaRose. “Their thoughtful approach ensures that every detail harmonizes with our resort’s existing aesthetic while elevating the overall guest experience. We are proud to partner with Marnell Architecture in bringing this exciting vision to life.”
