CHEROKEE, NC – While looking to hire over 700 new team members, Harrah’s Cherokee Casinos has announced an increase to the starting pay rate for all non-tipped positions to $15 per hour. This wage increase for new and existing team members will go into effect immediately. Many tipped team members will also see an increase in their starting rate, which will vary by position. Other hourly and salaried team members, up to and including managers, who currently make more than $15 per hour will also receive a wage increase.
