MARICOPA, AZ – Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino guests donated nearly $20,000 to local area non-profits through their NRT kiosk donations during the third quarter (Q3) of 2025. The kiosk machines provide an opportunity for guests to give back in a meaningful way by donating their $0.99 or less change when cashing out their slot machine voucher.
“At Harrah’s Ak-Chin, supporting our community is part of who we are,” said Barbara Achten, HERO Committee Chair. “It’s even more meaningful when our guests choose to be part of that effort. Through the NRT kiosks, we’ve seen just how powerful small acts of kindness can be and our guests continue to show us the true impact of giving. We are incredibly thankful for their continued generosity.”
To date, Harrah’s Ak-Chin guests have donated more than $63,500 through their 2025 donations. Organizations supported by the donations in Q3 2025 included: Against Abuse; Boys and Girls Club of the Sun Corridor – Casa Grande; F.O.R. Maricopa; Meals on Wheels of America; and Soldier’s Best Friend.
