OROVILLE, CA – Gold Country Casino Resort will celebrate 30 years in Oroville this September, marking three decades as a regional gaming, entertainment, and hospitality destination in Northern California.

Owned by the Berry Creek Rancheria of Tyme Maidu Indians of California, Gold Country Casino Resort was founded in 1996 and has grown into a full-service resort. The property features more than 1,000 slot machines, table games and the Platinum High-Limit Area, along with hotel accommodations and an RV park. Additional amenities include dining, nightlife, live entertainment, meeting and event space, and guest packages tied to nearby Lake Oroville.

The milestone will be celebrated throughout September with “30 Days of Events for 30 Years,” a month-long campaign featuring entertainment, dining specials, guest promotions, giveaways, and a public anniversary celebration. The resort will mark its official anniversary on Friday, Sept. 11 with a public cake-cutting celebration at 6:00 p.m.
