“This G2E, I expect even more engagement with customers and prospects at our booth as we showcase our unified casino systems and how having all of your key operations components integrated in the same platform benefits owners with ease of use and lower cost of ownership.” – Chad Hoehne, President & CEO, Table Trac

G2E SHOWCASE: In addition to showcasing a robust suite of secure, unified and stable casino management solutions,  CasinoTrac is debuting two major innovations at G2E 2025 – ProgressiveTrac and Version 5. ProgressiveTrac is a purpose-built mobile module that streamlines the way progressive meters are recorded by slot technicians to eliminate manual errors, boost compliance and dramatically improve efficiency on the floor. It integrates seamlessly with the company’s PlayerLINQ hardware to identify progressive groups, capture jackpot values and generate daily/monthly comparison reports. Also premiering is Version 5, the next evolution of the CasinoTrac  system platform, featuring a refreshed interface and powerful new tools like 3D floor maps with heat mapping, enhanced support for complex promotional journeys and a reimagined promotion builder. Celebrating CasinoTrac’s 30th year serving the gaming industry, these releases underscore its commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

RECENT PROJECTS: CasinoTrac is installing and supporting CasinoTrac systems at over 40 Native American casinos. One example is the partnership with Sac & Fox Casino in Powhattan, KS, where the casino elected to replace their system with the CasinoTrac CMS. In that deployment, CasinoTrac’s PlayerLINQ 6.2-inch touchscreen player tracking interface; CTLoyalty for promotions; KioskTrac promotional games with account management; and a full slot accounting solution were implemented. Another recent tribal success is the installation across the Apache Nugget Corporation, an enterprise of the Jicarilla Apache Nation in New Mexico, where CasinoTrac is enhancing loyalty and operations through its suite of products to improve patron enrollment, accelerate marketing, support increasing play velocity and reduce jackpot payout times. These installations illustrate how the CasinoTrac system delivers measurable operational improvement, including tighter revenue audit ability, improved regulatory compliance, enriched patron loyalty workflows and more efficient promotional/bonusing tools.

These solutions provide hosts and service teams with real-time floor awareness, efficient routing, and direct player communication. By reducing downtime, improving service response, and weaving generative AI into campaign design, event management, and communication workflows, QCI is equipping tribal operators with enterprise-ready tools that build loyalty while meeting compliance and responsible gaming standards.

At G2E, Rymax will showcase these brands and share practical ways to spotlight them all year, from seasonal collections and VIP moments to themed continuity programs and on-site gifting. Rymax’s award-winning programs continue to boost player engagement through tailored loyalty experiences. Because preferences shift with economic and social factors, Rymax keeps assortments fresh and give players real choice across categories, brands, and price points. Properties use the company’s user-friendly, retail-like platform to browse by category, brand, and budget, and deploy dynamic landing pages to spotlight new collections, seasonal offers, and tier-specific promotions. The result is higher participation across tiers, smoother operations through integrated logistics and reporting, and repeat touchpoints that strengthen loyalty. One proof point, 57% of casino players engage with their loyalty program at least weekly, with Millennials and Gen X leading the way, which is why Rymax’s partners see outsized response when assortments and pages are updated frequently.
