MASHANTUCKET, CT – Foxwoods Resort Casino has reported slot revenue of $31 million for the month of September 2021. This results in a $7.75 million direct payment to the State of Connecticut in accordance with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation’s long-standing slot revenue contribution agreement. Since 1993, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has deposited over $4.4 billion of Foxwoods’ slot revenue directly into the state’s budget fund.

On Sept. 30, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation launched retail sports betting at Foxwoods. Players are now able to place bets at the temporary Foxwoods sportsbook – located at the Ultimate Race Book in Rainmaker Casino – in addition to betting kiosks located across the resort. Prior to its opening, Foxwoods hosted two hiring days in September to fill a variety of positions including servers, bartenders, restaurant managers and more.
