FUNNER, CA – Harrah’s Resort Southern California has promoted Eric Fuller to General Manager of its restaurant, Hell’s Kitchen. In this new role, Fuller will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, ensuring positive guest experiences and driving continued growth for the Hell’s Kitchen brand.
Fuller has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Prior to his promotion, he served as the Assistant General Manager of Hell’s Kitchen, which he helped open in August 2022. Prior to joining the Hell’s Kitchen at Harrah’s Resort SoCal team in 2022, Fuller spent nine years at Hotel del Coronado and 11 years at the Grand Hyatt San Diego as the Manager of Food and Beverage.
