CRESCENT CITY, CA – Elk Valley Casino has announced the schedule of events to celebrate the long-awaited opening of its new casino property. The festivities will kick off on Friday, April 22nd with a ribbon cutting followed by a weekend of events that include cash giveaways, promotions, and live concerts.
