COARSEGOLD, CA – Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino will hold a food and beverage job fair on Friday, February 6, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., to fill a range of part-time and full-time positions. Hiring managers will be on site to meet with and interview applicants. The resort is seeking applicants 18 years of age and older for multiple roles within its food and beverage operations.
Available positions include sous chefs, food and beverage supervisors, beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, servers, buffet attendants, dishwashers, and night cleaners. Additional positions open to applicants 18 years of age and older include cashiers, lead line cooks, and line cooks.
According to the resort, employee compensation includes wages and a benefits package that varies by position and employment status. Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino employs more than 1,300 staff members and states that the job fair is part of its ongoing workforce development efforts in the region.
