COARSEGOLD, CA – Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is expressing appreciation and gratitude to its 1,300 dedicated full- and part-time team members by allocating more than $25.6 million in 2023 bonuses and employee benefits, acknowledging their commitment to providing exceptional service throughout the year.
A holiday bonus of more than $3.2 million will be distributed in the month of December. Earlier this year, a $515,000 bonus was allocated to the resort’s 20-year giveaway, which rewards team members who have been with Chukchansi for 20-plus years, while an additional $50,000 was awarded in cash and prizes to other team members. $76,000 also was provided to team members who referred an employment candidate that was hired and successfully performed in-role for 12 months. Furthermore, approximately $21.7 million has been invested this year in Chukchansi’s employee benefits, including health insurance, 401k contributions, paid time off, employee meals and more. The grand total for all 2023 bonuses and benefits is $25,643,944.42.
In addition to competitive wages and bonuses, Chukchansi Gold team members receive $47,500-$62,800 in benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match and immediate vesting, life insurance, reduced workday hours, paid time off and more.
