RESILIENCE: First and foremost, our tribal leaders want to assure that our tribal members are able to be successful and support them in any way we can. One of our priorities to sustain our culture is to bring back our language. We are in the process of teaching languages to tribal members of all ages. We are looking to diversify our economic development in order to sustain the tribal citizens for at least the next seven generations. Revenue from the gaming facility is used to fund needed programs and services to the tribal citizens, including healthcare, educational opportunities, and social services. It serves as another way for the tribes to steward our ancestral lands.
GAMING: Our gaming enterprise, Three Rivers Casino Resort, has three main focus areas. First, we seek to provide an enhanced guest experience by fostering a resort-like experience by integrating cross-marketing efforts across our diverse outlets, including a RV park, hotel, and a golf course that includes stay-and-play packages. Second, we seek to improve operational efficiency by implementing automation technologies to streamline tasks to reduce manual effort, minimize errors by automating repetitive processes, and decrease service times through faster transaction processing. Third, we seek to strengthen community involvement by playing an active role in supporting our community by contributing to local economic development through job creation and partnerships with businesses and organizations and awarding grants to non-profits through the Three Rivers Foundation.
