COACHELLA, CA – Augustine Casino has announced the unveiling of its reimagined restaurant, Seven Feathers, marking an evolution in its dining offerings. Seven Feathers will officially open its doors on September 16. Formerly known as Cafe 54, the space has undergone a stylish facelift and introduces new menu items, transforming into a premier full-service dining destination. Seven Feathers honors the Augustine Band of Cahuilla Indians, one of the smallest sovereign nations in the country, and pays tribute to its seven living adult members.
Since its initial transformation post-COVID, Augustine Casino has moved away from its traditional buffet model to focus on a more refined and personalized culinary experience. The official rebrand to Seven Feathers, coupled with a refreshed ambiance, new menu items, and elevated service standards, represents the culmination of this commitment to guest satisfaction.

Seven Feathers has introduced a refreshed menu in collaboration with TKB Bakery & Deli, a locally recognized business. The menu is prepared to order, with an emphasis on freshness. The update also includes a new private event space that features a closable partition to accommodate smaller gatherings or private functions.
