AUBERRY, CA – Mono Wind Casino, owned and operated by the Big Sandy Rancheria Band of Western Mono Indians, has appointed Albert Menchaca as its new General Manager. With over a decade of leadership experience in casino operations, marketing and guest services across Northern California and the West Coast, Menchaca brings a proven track record of driving revenue growth, elevating guest satisfaction and strengthening community partnerships.
In his new role, Menchaca will oversee all aspects of casino operations, including gaming, hospitality, marketing, player development, entertainment and team member engagement. He will work closely with tribal leadership to support long-term strategic initiatives that enhance profitability, expand brand presence, and ensure an exceptional experience for guests and employees alike.
