VERONA, NY – Turning Stone Resort Casino’s The Crescent, The Lodge and The Tower hotels have earned AAA Four Diamond Awards. The designation for The Crescent comes just weeks after the hotel opened as part of the resort’s $400 million Turning Stone Evolution project.

AAA evaluates Four Diamond properties through inspections that include unannounced visits. The designation recognizes hotels for upscale accommodations, amenities and service.

The Crescent features 258 guest rooms and provides access to Turning Stone’s dining, spa, golf, gaming and entertainment offerings. The hotel is home to Salt, a fine-dining restaurant occupying the seventh floor; The Pantry grab-and-go cafe; Rome Health Convenient Care at Turning Stone; Oneida Sky, a heritage shop featuring crafts, artwork, jewelry and other products by Oneida Indian Nation members; and Crescent Park, which incorporates waterfalls, landscaping and sculptures honoring the Nation’s Wolf, Bear and Turtle clans.

“From the very first day of opening its doors, The Crescent has demonstrated Turning Stone’s commitment to world-class hospitality and luxury, joining the exceptional standard of service our guests have experienced at The Lodge and The Tower,” said Oneida Indian Nation Representative and Turning Stone Enterprises CEO Ray Halbritter. “Thanks to our dedicated team, we have earned the reputation as one of the most exceptional resorts in the Northeast.”

The Turning Stone Evolution also includes The Grand Expo, a new events and conference facility scheduled to open Labor Day. The venue includes a 30,000-sq.-ft. ballroom and will increase Turning Stone’s total event space to 225,000 sq. ft., with connections to the resort’s hotels, restaurants and other amenities.
