SNOQUALMIE, WA – Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel has earned recognition through the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch Best Choice restaurant program, becoming the first casino property nationwide to participate in the program and only the second company in Washington state authorized to display the Seafood Watch seal.
The recognition reflects the property’s focus on responsible seafood sourcing, with Vista Prime Steaks & Seafood serving as a primary showcase for selections that meet Seafood Watch standards.
Qualifying selections at Vista include Chef Creek Oysters from Stellar Bay, British Columbia, raised using bottom-culture methods; Littleneck Clams from Chesapeake Bay, U.S., cultivated using off-bottom methods; and Ōra King Salmon from New Zealand, raised in marine net pens.
