San Manuel’s 22nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament Raises $350K for Seven Nonprofits

San Manuel Golf Tournament

HIGHLAND, CA – For the 22nd year, San Manuel Casino, in partnership with the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians welcomed vendors, sponsorship partners, and team members to what has grown into a 3-day golf tournament in Orange County. After cancelling the annual event in 2020 due to the pandemic, more than 750 golfers were thrilled to partake in this annual event that benefited seven non-profit organizations from the Inland Empire, as well as Native American organizations in both Arizona and New Mexico.

This year, San Manuel’s Strategic Philanthropy team and tribal leadership selected seven deserving organizations with each organization receiving $50,000. The non-profits selected represent education, healthcare, economic and community development and the preservation of cultural traditions in Indian country. The 2021 golf tournament charity recipients included: Million Kids; Hopi Education Endowment Fund; Cruz Chacon Foundation; Mountain Meals on Wheels; Foothill Family Shelter; BLU Educational Foundation; and the Notah Begay III (NB3) Foundation.

The event is made possible by the generosity of participants as well as the contributions of title sponsors Imagine This, Penta Construction, and the Las Vegas Raiders. In addition to the Las Vegas Raiders, San Manuel also welcomed their sports partners from the LA Galaxy, LA Kings, Anaheim Ducks, LAFC, and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
