OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Red Wagon Institute will offer a leadership training session at this year’s OIGA Conference and Tradeshow, scheduled for July 14–16 in Oklahoma City. As part of the event, the institute will present its course, “From Managing to Leading.” Traditionally offered to individual organizations, “From Managing to Leading” will be made available to OIGA attendees for the first time.
Participation will be limited to 24 attendees and registration is now open. In the interactive session, attendees will explore strategies to build trust within teams, clarify roles and responsibilities, enhance organizational decision-making, and set goals using Red Wagon Institute’s 3/6/1/5 framework.
