QCI Names Two New Vice Presidents

Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) recently announced Kyle Gryzanoski has joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Lynette O’Connell as Vice President of Customer Success.

Gryzanoski brings over two decades of experience successfully leading business development and sales, both domestically and internationally, with a specific focus on cutting-edge technology in the gaming industry. He brings his extensive knowledge of the casino business to his sales leadership at QCI, developed during his time spent partnering with casinos in various aspects of their operations, from strategically optimizing their floor to opening large casinos.

“I am very excited to be joining the QCI team as the Vice President of Sales,” said Gryzanoski. “Its great to be working with a software platform that was built by casino people for casino people. The first time I viewed the tool, I knew that this product was the future of big data analytics for the casino industry. QCI provides the questions to the answers the casinos already have based on the data they have already collected.”

O’Connell will focus on optimizing the customer’s journey post installation, helping them develop best practices and working with them to measure success and see the return on investment in their QCI tools. O’Connell’s expertise is comprised of 20 years of high-volume gaming operations experience in CRM, database marketing, analysis, and loyalty club development. She has worked for some of the largest casino operators in the country including Caesars Entertainment and Boyd Gaming.

“I am very excited to be joining the QCI team as the Vice President of Customer Success,” said O’Connell. “I am thrilled to be working with such a great team at QCI under the senior leadership of Ralph Thomas and Andrew Cardno and to be working with such a great product.”
