ATMORE, AL – PCI Federal, the 8(a) federal government contracting enterprise owned by the Poarch Creek Indians (PCI), has acquired Superlative Technologies (SuprTEK), a leading information technology (IT) services provider.
SuprTEK specializes in cybersecurity solutions, software factories/DevSecOps, digital modernization, big data analytics, health IT, and enterprise integrated services for U.S. federal agencies, the Department of Defense (DoD), and the U.S. Intelligence Community. The company is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, and ISO 27001:2022 certified, CMMI Level 3 appraised, and adheres to industry best practices including the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). SuprTEK’s performance has been recognized in the U.S. Congressional Record Volume 153; through the President’s SAVE Award (Securing Americans Value and Efficiency); and as a Federal Health Innovation Finalist.
“This acquisition of SuprTek will allow us opportunities to provide more technological expertise for our federal clients and other leaders in sophisticated industries that support our government,” said Stephanie Bryan, Poarch Creek Indian Tribal Chair and CEO. “We are honored to be part of a business community that makes a real difference in the lives of so many Americans and the security of our country.”
Brandon Park, CEO, and TK Gil, President, will continue to lead SuprTEK as it integrates into the PCI Federal Washington Business Office (WBO) in Reston, VA, which is managed by Nick Dunn, CEO, and Mark Henderson, Executive Vice President. The WBO oversees multiple professional services LLCs and joint venture LLCs providing support to the federal government.
“I believe the acquisition of SuprTEK by PCI Federal will further strengthen the tribe’s campaign to grow its role in critical missions across the U.S. federal agencies and the DoD,” said Park. “We are proud to become an entity that will support growth for years to come.”
SuprTEK joins PCI Federal, a tribally-owned 8(a) enterprise based in Alabama with 1,200 employees and $220 million in revenues. The addition of SuprTEK strengthens PCI Federal’s expanding government contracting portfolio, reinforcing its reputation as a fast-growing, well-diversified leader in the federal services sector.
