PAWHUSKA, OK – Osage Nation Principal Chief Joe Tillman has announced his executive leadership team.
The team includes Executive Chief of Staff Andrea MorningStar Kemble, Executive Advisors Faren Anderson, Ida Doyle, and Cory Lorenzo, and Executive Communications and Intergovernmental Affairs Officer Abby Mashunkashey. Matt Gray and Gigi Sieke will serve as Executive Staff Assistants.
Andrea MorningStar Kemble, Executive Chief of Staff. Kemble is a citizen of the Osage Nation from the Zon Zo Li District and a member of the Deer Clan, and is also a member of the Buffalo Clan of the Ponca Tribe. She has served the Osage Nation for more than 23 years across five administrations, leading federal and tribal programs and administering the Nation’s CARES Act and ARPA response.
Faren Anderson, Executive Advisor. Anderson is a citizen of the Osage Nation from the Pawhuska District and the great-great-granddaughter of Chief Bacon Rind. Her public service includes work with the Bureau of Land Management, service in the first Osage Nation Congress, advising Principal Chief John D. Red Eagle, and serving on the Osage Nation Bluestem Ranch Board. She has co-owned Spurs and Arrows in Pawhuska for more than 22 years and has held leadership positions with the Oklahoma Buckskin Horse Association and the Osage County Historical Society. Anderson is a former Miss Indian Oklahoma and former Osage Nation congresswoman.
Ida C. Doyle, Executive Advisor. Doyle is a citizen of the Osage Nation from the Zon Zo Li District and a member of the Sky People of the Eagle Clan. She served as Director of Education for the Osage Nation from 2011 to 2015, leading educational initiatives and administering tribal and federal programs. Since 2016, she has worked with the U.S. Department of the Interior as a Workforce Development Specialist, supporting tribal nations through federal workforce, employment, and education programs.
Corinthian “Cory” Lorenzo, Executive Advisor. Lorenzo is a citizen of the Osage Nation from the Pawhuska District. He has served the Osage Nation for nine years, starting in 2017 as Deputy Chief of Staff in the Standing Bear administration. He later joined the Osage Nation Attorney General’s Office, where he spent six years overseeing daily operations and administration.
Abby Mashunkashey, Executive Communications and Intergovernmental Affairs Officer. Mashunkashey is Buffalo Clan from the Pawhuska District. She previously served as Director of Communications for the Osage Nation for five years, leading strategic communications, executive messaging, and brand initiatives. She is a previous Greater Tulsa Area Indian Affairs Commissioner and an Obama Leader award recipient.
Principal Chief Tillman, Assistant Principal Chief John Shaw, the Office of the Chiefs’ Executive Staff, and Osage Nation Cabinet Secretaries will be located on the second floor of the current Osage Nation Welcome Center at 239 W. 12th St., Pawhuska, OK. The relocation is intended to improve accessibility and coordination across the executive branch.
