LEMOORE, CA – Tachi Palace Casino Resort has appointed Jacob Jeff as General Manager. Jeff brings more than 20 years of experience in the gaming industry, including over 20 years of leadership at Tachi Palace, where he most recently served as Slot Director.
In his new role, Jeff will oversee resort operations, with responsibility for strategic planning, operations, and guest experience, while supporting the priorities of Tachi Palace Casino Resort and the Santa Rosa Rancheria.
“Jacob’s deep knowledge of our operations, his commitment to our team members, and his long- standing service to Tachi Palace make him the right leader at the right time,” said Leo Sisco, Chairman of the Tachi-Yokut Tribe. “He understands our tribe, our business, and our responsibility to the community. We have full confidence in his ability to lead Tachi Palace forward.”
Jeff has spent the past 20+ years leading one of the region’s largest and most dynamic slot operations. During his tenure, he oversaw large-scale slot strategy, floor optimization, guest engagement initiatives, and major technology upgrades that strengthened Tachi Palace’s competitive position in California’s gaming market. His leadership has been marked by a strong focus on compliance, data-driven decision-making, and team development.
“I am honored to step into the role of General Manager and grateful for the trust placed in me by the tribal General Council and tribal leadership,” said Jeff. “Tachi Palace has always been more than a workplace for me. It is a place where I grew up, as well as many of our long-term associates. We have been raised in the casino industry, and the tribe has given us an opportunity to care for our families over all these years. We owe a lot to the Santa Rosa Rancheria and our surrounding communities. The cool thing about having one of our own here is the fact that I will always care for our community, and this is what all leaders should believe. We didn’t join the game, we started it.”
Jeff is a tribal member of the Santa Rosa Rancheria and was raised on the Rancheria, giving him a lifelong connection to the community and its values. His leadership style emphasizes respect, collaboration, and accountability, shaped by years of service to both the tribe and the Tachi Palace team.
As General Manager, Jeff will focus on strengthening internal leadership, advancing operational efficiencies, and supporting sustainable growth strategies that benefit guests, employees, and the tribe alike.
