Jackson Rancheria has identified multiple online ads that misuse its name, logo, or likeness in connection with unregulated websites. The public is urged to avoid interacting with these misleading promotions.
The casino issued the following guidance:

- Never send personal information or money online
- Report any suspicious profiles or messages to Jackson Rancheria directly
