JACKSON, CA – The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians is supporting Amador Giving Tuesday 2023 with a donation of $15,000 in matching funds. Amador Giving Tuesday is an annual event sponsored by the Amador Community Foundation to benefit the local non-profit organizations who are providing vital support and services throughout the community.

“On behalf of the Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians, it is an honor to once again participate in Amador Giving Tuesday, a day that reminds us of the profound impact we can have on our local communities when we come together in the spirit of generosity,” said Crystal Jack, CEO of Jackson Rancheria. “Giving back isn’t just a choice; it’s our responsibility, and it’s in these acts of kindness that we find the strength to build stronger, more vibrant communities.”

This year’s Amador Giving Tuesday will take place on Tuesday, November 28, and will be the Amador Community Foundation’s ninth year coordinating the event. In 2022, the Amador Community Foundation raised a total of $470,685.90 for local charities.
